Day #215 – One more blessing!

Day #215 – One more blessing!

After we ate, Freedom Walker dropped me off at the motor home so I could upload our pictures and videos for the past two days and then went to find a car wash. He asked Daniel where one was – and Daniel, who details cars, hand-washed it for free! The car looks great!

Thanks, Daniel!

After finishing the walk, we drove to Twentynine Palms and visited the Desert Trail office. Editor, Kurt Schauppner, invited us into his office and started typing in information about the walk immediately!

Today felt hotter than yesterday. After walking some distance, Freedom Walker found a flowering shade tree. The blossoms had a fragrant scent and attracted wild honey bees. This was a great place to take a refreshing drink of cold water!

He also walked by the Iron Mountain Division Camp (sign) and the fork in the road to Desert Center and Twentynine Palms.

Taking the turn to Twentynine Palms, we saw the road ahead – a long way ahead.

Look at this beautiful flower found in the desert!

After walking, we accepted an invitation to visit with John and Lori George at his mother’s house. We very much enjoyed our visit there, as well as the delicious healthy meal! Thank you, Mary Ann, for your hospitality – and all three of you for your interest and support!
